Ms. Lilly has served as a project manager for environmental studies to satisfy requirements of CEQA and NEPA.
She has worked with a broad range of clients, including private developers; state, regional, and local agencies; and school districts. Ms. Lilly has managed and coordinated complex projects involving cooperation among project team staff, subconsultants, agencies, and clients in multiple locations.
She has been responsible for maintaining schedule, budget, and client communication, as well as implementing ISO-9001 quality control procedures and internal/external billing and project management documentation. Ms. Lilly has supervised environmental analysts and junior-level project managers; performed mid-year and end-of-year performance evaluations; discussed and established financial, project, and development goals; trained and arranged training for supervisees on relevant environmental topics.
